- Québec
- Starting in 2005, peer networks were progressively established in the Quebec City, Montreal, Sherbrooke and Montérégie regions and steps are currently being taken to extend the network to the Trois-Rivières and Outaouais regions.
- British Columbia
- A network was established in the Vancouver region in 2006.
- Alberta
- A network was established in the Edmonton region in 2007.

- A network was established in the Winnipeg area in 2008
